Over the past decade, Wayne Cleaning Systems has been successful
in establishing a caring and sensitive approach to the cleaning,
waste and environmental needs of their health and aged care
clients .
Wayne's involvement in the Health and Aged Care market commenced
in the early 90's, where it was recognised that to successfully
operate in this market, a cleaning company needed to understand
a great deal more than just cleaning.
The management at Wayne Cleaning Systems embarked on a campaign
to understand this market's needs in order to gain the confidence
of Hospital Management and staff to then consider contract cleaning.
This involved the development of an industry specific Quality
Control Program with an audit process and reporting methods.
This was developed in conjunction with health care expertise
covering infection control guidelines. Today Wayne is associated
with over half a dozen health care clients providing internal
and external cleaning and waste management services.
