Wayne Cleaning Systems was established in 1975 as an industrial commercial cleaning company and was purchased in 1982 by Mr. Joe Licastro, the current Managing Director.

"The company today is very much advanced to what it was in the 1980's and early 1990's. We operate in over seven different market sectors seven days a week with an extremely high emphasis on environmental management and Occupational Health and Safety, across our 600 cleaning locations.

Today the company employs over 400 employees. All Management and staff are qualified and accredited in their respective areas of expertise and responsibilities.

The cleaning market place consists of many logistic and workforce management issues. Issues such as staff accredited training, OH&S, risk management and quality control and environmental plans all play a major role in our day-to-day operations.

Our commitment to quality cleaning and waste management services, through our support departments has seen the company consistently grow over the past two to three years with our advanced operational practices and systems".
