Wayne Cleaning Systems places a high value on quality assurance
programs on cleaning, the environment, safety, human resources
and waste management. Our policies and standards are determined
in principal by five levels of thinking.
They are the following:
- The expectations of our clients
- A quality assured cleaning and waste operational program
- Occupational Health and Safety
- Human Resource management
- Sound environmental and recycling programs
In each client location, Wayne Cleaning Systems will implement systems
and activities that will address the key objectives of our
quality assurance policy.
These are the following:
- Develop a quality plan to maintain a minimum standard,
- Develop KPI's and benchmarks that may be used to measure each requirement,
- Provide on-site management experienced in the co-ordination and development of quality assurance, and
- Provide relevant and logical production and equipment training.
Once Wayne has established these standards and programs on site,
a number of processes will take place in order to ensure minimum
standards are met.
These process include the following:
- On site cleaning staff compliance and training,
- Performance Indicator analysis (Independent or client),
- Statutory cleaning staff compliance,
- And Quality Control checks sheets (Senior Manager).
This information is recorded on site and back at Wayne
Cleaning Systems Head Office. A formal analysis takes place
against all quality assessment scoring and bench marking
with a recommendation.
Today Wayne continues to allocate resources,
time and a management commitment to total quality management.
This is reflected in the high retention of the company's
client portfolio and in the diverse markets in which
we continue to expand in to.
